Health Sport Food - Baking Soda မုန္ ့ဖုတ္ေဆာ္ဒါ

အားကစားသမားမ်ား အတြက္ စံခ်ိန္နဳန္း ျမင့္မားေစရန္ မုန္ ့ဖုတ္ေဆာ္ဒါ စားသင့္သည္ ဟု ၾသဂုတ္၁၆ရက္ တြင္ သိပံၸ ပညာရွင္မ်ားက သက္ေသျပလုိက္ပါသည္။

'Soda-doping' ဆုိသည္မွာ အားကစားေလာကတြင္ အသံုးျပဳမႈ ့ မ်ားေနခဲ့ပါသည္။ Loughborough University Jonathan Folland အဖဲြ ့မွ စမ္းသပ ္ေလ့လာခ်က္ အရ ေရကူးသမား ၉ေယာက္ သည္ ျပိဳင္ပဲြမစခင္တြင္ Baking soda စားခဲ့ရာ သူတုိ ့ ၏ စံနဳန္းမွာ လွ်င္ျမန္လာသည္ကို ေတြ ့ ရ သည္။ သူ က ေျပာသည္မွာ 'Essentially, sodium bicarbonate is an alkali substance that increases the pH of the blood.

'This seems to reduce and offset the acidity produced in the muscles during intense, anaerobic exercise that produces lactic acid most quickly, such as fast running or swimming.'

sodium bicarbonateသည္ အယ္ကလုိင္း ဓါတ္ေပါင္းျဖစ္ျပီး ေသြးတြင္pHကို တိုးပြားေစျပီး ၾကြက္သား အတြင္းတြင္ အက္ဆစ္ျဖစ္ေပၚေစျပီး လႈပ္ရွားမႈ ့ကို စကၠန္ ့ပုိင္း မိနစ္ပိုင္းအတြင္း လွ်င္ျမန္ေစနုိင္သည္ဟု ယူဆေလာက္ပါသည္ ဟု ေျပာခဲ့သည္။ စမ္းသပ္ခ်က္တြင္ ေရကူးသမားမ်ား မီတာ၂၀၀ ေရကူး ျပိဳင္ပဲြတြင္ ၁.၅စကၠန္ ့ ပိုလွ်င္ျမန္လာၾကပါသည္။

သို ့ေသာ္ သတိျပဳရန္မွာ ၀မ္းေလ်ာနုိင္ပါသည္။

စာဖတ္သူေတြထဲက ဒီပို ့စ္နဲ ့ပတ္သက္ျပီး နည္းပညာက်က် ပိုတတ္ကြ်မ္းသူက အခုလို ေကာ္မဲန္ ့မွာ ရွင္းျပေပးထား ပါတယ္။ ရွင္းျပခ်က္ကို ေက်းဇူးအထူးတင္ရိွသလို ေနာက္ေနာင္လည္း အမွားအယြင္း လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ား ေတြ ့ရိွလွ်င္ ကူညီေ၀ငွေပးပါရန္ ေမတၱာရပ္ခံအပ္ပါသည္။

Sorry , above sentence is a bit confusing. Basically, when we do strenuous exercise, there is a sequence of biochemical reactions going on, in order to produce energy. One of the bi-product is lactic acid, which is believed to disturb the further energy production.

Normal human body PH is between 7.35-7.45. leas and above that level is unfavourable for body normal function (metabolism). Less than 7.35 is acidotic PH and over 7.45 is alkalotic PH.

The theory is that if preloaded with bicarbonate (which is baking soda), the one could maintain his body PH in optimal level for some time even though lactic acid is produced during exercise. That is what I understand.

Dear Mr. Evergreen, Thanks for more technical solution. I am not from medical field and do not clearly understand what the dailymail newspaper's report. So just translate what I do understand. According to them PH for it is 7. I use it a bit in my bath. You r much appreciated if you could share more in my future post.
